Right now there are only two ways to order: 1) online; and 2) by mail.

ONLINE ORDERING
To order online, just click the "add to cart" button associated with the product you want to order. When you have completed your order, click the "check out now" button. You will taken to a PayPal order summary and can then enter your billing and shipping info and credit card info. (Charges will appear on your statement as payable to Frontier Creations Inc.). Credit cards will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.

ORDERING BY MAIL
To order by mail, CLICK HERE. This will open a pdf file which you can then print out on your printer. Fill it out and mail it to us along with a check or money order (payable to Puppetsinc.com). Use the following address: Puppetsinc.com, P.O. Box 1359, Red Oak, TX 75154. Payment will not be deposited until order is ready to be shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Because of the incredible amount of nonsense we have to go through to send something internationally, we require that orders to be shipped to anywhere that is not a part of the United States total at least $50 or more. You will be contacted to approve additional shipping charges.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
Did you know it costs more for us to ship something to you than just the cost of the postage? There's the box or envelope, packing materials, and the time involved. That's why the word "shipping" is always followed by "handling." But you know what? For orders within the 48 contiguous states PUPPETS INC offers FREE SHIPPING on every product! No minimum purchase! No hidden catches (unless if what you order is really big or kind of heavy). Alaska and Hawaii will cost a bit more and international orders, as already mentioned, will cost a lot more. Of course, free shipping is via US Postal Service First Class or similar. If you want faster (and trackable) shipping, please let us know when you place your order. We'll contact you to approve additional shipping charges.

If your order is to be shipped anywhere outside the 48 contiguous states, you will be contacted to approve the additional shipping charges.

SALES TAX
At this time, the only folks who have to be concerned about paying sales tax to us are individuals and organizations who are located in Texas. If your organization is a 501(c)3 corporation, we'll need proof of your tax-free status (that is, your tax-exempt ID number).

RETURNS
At Puppets Inc, we want you to be happy with your purchase. On the other hand, there are a few dishonest folks running around out there (not you, of course), who force us to protect ourselves. So here are the rules:

Our Mistake
What? We sent you the wrong item? That's completely our fault. As soon as you let us know of the error, we'll send you the right item, right away, at no cost to you.

Defective Merchandise
It is our intent to be so diligent about our business as to never ship you any defective merchandise. But sometimes, even under the most careful scrutiny, bad ones get through. If you get your order and any part of it is defective, we'll ship you a replacement at no charge. Of course, you'll have to send us the defective item and pay the return postage so we can verify that something is wrong before we send your new one out to you.

Your Mistake
As much as we like you, we can't be responsible for your errors. You can return an item you ordered by mistake, but you'll have to pay the return postage. In addition, we all know CDs and DVDs can be copied (even though we also know you wouldn't do such a thing) and therefore we can only accept returns of CDs and DVDs for credit (less 10% restocking charge) -- no refunds.

You must receive authorization to return anything so please contact us before you put your return in the mail. Call 877-6PUPPET (877-678-7738) and leave us your information (Name, invoice no., and return contact info). Well get back to you as soon as we can.
