We call him Burns. Not scalds; not blisters; not even chars. Just Burns - on account of his side whiskers, see? He has yellow skin, green nose and red hair/sideburns.  Clothing will vary and is not removable.
 
Burns is 13" tall.  Two Velcro rods are included.
