Is he a molar?  Is he a bicuspid?  Is the answer to that really important in the big picture?  He's obviously a tooth and his REAL function is to teach about dental health.  If you put glasses on him, he could also be used as a television spokesperson for A well-known dental insurance group.  What you should not attempt is biting anything - doesn't really have the enamel for that.  No clothing or rods!
