It's Skip - Herb's brother! (See Herb this section.)  As personalities, Skip and Herb have been elementary age schoolboys since about 1975!  No, they aren't underachievers or deficient in any way.  They're just enjoying the blessings of eternal youth. This Skip is a Toon Puppet with orange skin, red nose, and black faux fur hair. 
 
Skip is about 16" tall and comes as shown wearing something similar to what is pictured, although the colors may vary.  And, he comes with two WristHugger arm rods ($10 value)!
 
DON'T FORGET - You can customize your puppet (for an additional fee):
Poseable fingers (+$30) - Bend fingers into a desired pose and they stay posed! 
Ventriloquist access (+$35) - Put your hand in from the back instead of the bottom!
Legs (+$55) - Removable legs with specialized pants! Shoes not included.
