Here's "Felicia" in a lovely shade of neon green with her iconic yarn hairstyle in vibrant yellow. This black light Felicia looks great under normal lighting conditions, but really "pops" under UV light.  She comes dressed in a shirt made of fabric that will also react under black light - although the one yours is wearing when she arrives may not be the same color or pattern as what appears in the photo.  Also included are two WristHugger arm rods (a $10 value).
