Mopp is a conehead-style Pupplet  who is 18" tall, bright green, and has a orange yarn hair hairdo. He His skin is plainly white seen in white/normal light. But blacklight turns his white skin to blue and makes his orange hair color pop!  Comes with two velcro-style rodlets.
